It is the only quality made with the ‘Spun Yard‘ or silk thread system, which is used by Clubs and National Teams in the most prestigious centers worldwide.
Our Ribbon Quality carpets are manufactured using a different production system compared to other qualities and carpets on the market. This allows them to have superior characteristics, such as longer pile, and a softer and more plush feel.
This Competition Carpet Quality is highly versatile and offers the greatest durability on the market, due to its construction using the traditional «BCF yarn» or vulcanized yarn with high-quality polyamide, which when tightly compacted, allows for very intense use. It is especially recommended for high-level gymnasts with extensive training hours.
The carpet exceeds the technical requirements for a high-level competition carpet. In addition to the yarn, it features a highly elastic and compact backing, providing exceptional durability, making it an alternative to Ribbon Quality with a different type of yarn.
This quality is perfect for organizing events at the highest sporting level.
Our COMPETITION carpets are crafted with superior Polyamide/Nylon fiber, with a height or thickness between 8 and 9 mm and a density of 400,000 threads/m² in both options. This provides them with excellent durability and thread recovery, ideal for both training and competition. Combined with a high-quality backing, they facilitate easy rolling and unrolling after use, ensuring greater impact absorption for gymnasts, improving their physical safety and preventing injuries. These carpets are perfect for training sessions exceeding 15-20 hours per week. This is crucial, as many facilities do not have floating subfloors, and the carpet significantly contributes to the health in such a demanding sport like gymnastics.
As standard, they can be manufactured in three rolls of 4 m, 4.5 m, and 5 m, or in four symmetrical rolls of 3.5 m. All of them can feature different finishes, extras, and customizations.
