This type of Rhythmic Gymnastics carpet is designed for intense use in high level sports facilities, Centers of Specialization and High Performance centers, as well as for hosting the most important competitions and rhythmic gymnastics championships. It is the only quality made with the “Spun Yard” system or silk thread, which is the system used by the most prestigious Clubs and National Teams worldwide.
Our RIBBON quality carpets are manufactured using a different system than the other qualities and carpets on the market. This allows them to have superior characteristics compared to other carpets, such as longer pile, and a softer and more plush feel to the touch.

This Quality of Competition Carpet is very versatile and has the highest durability on the market, as it is made with the traditional “BCF thread” system or vulcanized thread with the highest quality polyamide thread. Its compact construction allows it to be used very intensively, making it particularly suitable for top-levl gymnasts who train for long hours.
It is a carpet with technical characteristics that are far superior than the minimum requirements for a high-level competition carpet. In addition to the thread, it features a very elastic and compact base/backing that provides great durability, making it an alternative to the Ribbon quality, which uses a different type of thread.
This quality is perfect for organizing top-level sporting events.
Our COMPETITION carpets are maked with high-quality polyamide/nylon fiber, with a thickness ranging from 8 to 9 mm and a density of 400,000 threads/m² in both options. This gives them great resistance and thread recovery capacity, making them ideal for both training and competition. Combined with a high-quality base/backing, they facilitate easy rolling and unrolling after use, ensuring greater impact absorption for gymnasts, enhancing their physical safety and preventing injuries. These carpets are perfect for training sessions exceeding 15-20 hours per week. This aspect is crucial, as many facilities do not have floating subfloors, and the carpet significantly contributes to health in such a demanding sport as gymnastics.
As standard, they can be made in three rolls of 4 m, 4.5 m, and 5 m, or in four symmetrical rolls of 3.5 m. All of them can have different finishes, extras, and customizations.
